Bidayat

Bidayat quarterly was launched in 2012 to cover the revolutions of the “Arab Spring” and provide a platform toward the development of a left socialist project that meets the challenges of globalization and neo-liberalism. Journalistically, we seek to combine intellectual and literary production with professional journalism and artistic experimentation.

Bidayat’s paper copy is distributed and read in Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Iraq, Jordan, and in the Arab book fairs. We are followed by a young readership on our website and on Facebook and Instagram.
