First public statement by Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri since the beginning of the protests in which he postpones the parliamentary session scheduled for November 12th by one week. The purpose of this session was voting on a general amnesty. Protesters had announced new roadblocks to keep MPs from attending the session.
