Orwa Ajjoub is a PhD candidate at Malmö University, where he researches intra-jihadi violence and the Syrian conflict. In addition to his academic work, Orwa works as a research analyst and consultant, providing periodic assessments of the Syrian conflict to EU diplomats and policymakers.
