The workshop gathered 25 participants from diverse backgrounds in a natural setting, where they exchanged knowledge about ecological village principles and sustainable living. Sessions focused on reviving sustainable village life and rebuilding ecological communities through discussions comparing past and present village lifestyles.
Participants also learned practical ecological agriculture methods such as compost making, as well as traditional techniques for building mud houses using clay and straw. The workshop encouraged reflection on how ecological practices can support more sustainable and resilient rural communities in the Kurdistan Region.
